<p>Topics covered include the influence of Aristotelian philosophy on Medieval theology, Thomas Aquinas, Anselm, Abelard, the pastoral theology of Gregor y the Great, the rise of the monastic orders, John Duns Scotus, William Ockham, Medieval mysticism, and the rise of Islam.</p>
